Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to initiate an online return, kindly send us an email at sales@maxxlifestore.com. As per our policy, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange if this period has elapsed. However, if your order is delivered broken or damaged, we will issue you a replacement or refund. Additionally, if you opt for route package protection, you will also be covered for lost items.
Return Processing Timeline:
- Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to receive and process.
- In case you need to return an item for reasons other than damages or incorrect delivery, kindly note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us.
- It's important to thoroughly check any item that costs over $500 for damages upon delivery. If you fail to do so, MAXXLIFE ONLINE STORE won't be held liable for any damages. In case you receive a damaged product and haven't opted for Route Package Protection, you'll be required to file a claim and provide us with the claim number.
- Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, replacement, or issue a gift certificate, depending on your desired refund method.
Please note that returns must be received by our return center within 15 days of creating the return label, otherwise, they will be automatically closed in our system. If your return hasn't been shipped or processed by the return center after 15 days of creating your return label, please contact us at sales@maxxlifestore.com. In case you wish to return an item because you're no longer interested in it, please keep in mind that a restocking fee of 30%, along with any shipment fees incurred during the original shipment (we don't charge for shipping), may be applied.
Refunds:
- Please note that refunds will be processed exclusively to the payment method used by the purchaser for the original transaction or as a gift certificate.
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days for refunds to be credited to your payment account after they have been issued.
- Issued email gift certificates may take 48 hours to arrive in your inbox and post mail gift certificates usually deliver within 2-6 business days.
- Refunds are issued only for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping.
Ineligible Returns:
- We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that orders for Custom/Handmade/Dropship/Elderly/Health Care/Bed and Bath (including mattresses, towels, sheets, and pillowcases) products are considered final once submitted, and no exceptions can be made.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- If the original payment card has been canceled, expired, or closed, a check will be issued to the purchaser.
- Return refunds can be issued back to the original PayPal transaction within 30 days of the purchase. If the PayPal transaction has exceeded 12 months, a check will be issued to the purchaser.
- In case we have reasons to believe that a return is fraudulent, abusive, or excessively repetitive, we hold the right to reject it and no returns will be processed.

Original Shipping Costs: Since our sellers bear the initial shipping costs to deliver the item to you, these costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Additional Fees: Any additional costs incurred during the return process, such as customs fees, insurance, and other related expenses, fall under the buyer’s responsibility. These fees will also be deducted from the final refund amount to ensure the seller is not at a financial loss for these buyer-initiated returns.
When a return is initiated by the buyer, it is understood that they agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
